- Prepare 2 of Banana Overripe.
- Prepare 1 Teaspoon of Baking Soda.

Low Fat Banana Bread step by step
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
- Add the vinegar to the milk and keep aside for 10 minutes to make the buttermilk.
- Bowl 1 - Mash the overripe banana with the baking soda and the buttermilk.
- Bowl 2 - Whisk together the oil, sugar, egg whites and the vanilla extract.
- Bowl 3 - Whisk together the flour, whole wheat, cinnamon powder, baking powder and salt.
- Combine the contents of bowl 3 with bowl 1 and then add the contents of bowl 2. Mix gently. Be careful not to overmix/overstir.
