- You need 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise cheese low-fat / diluted spread.
- You need 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
- You need 2 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste.
- You need 1 tbsp of garam masala.
- It's 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of chilli powder.
- It's 1 tsp of cumin powder.
- You need 1 tsp of corriander powder.
- You need 4 of whole wheat bread multigrain slices.
- You need 30 of prawns small , peeled , deveined.
- You need to taste of salt.
Prawn Canapes instructions
- Marinate prawns: Take cleaned prawns in a bowl and add ginger garlic paste, all dry powders and lemon juice. Mix well and keep it in refrigerator for 3-4 hrs..
- Pre-heat the grill on high. Grease the grill tray and place all the prawns on it. Let it grill till they cook approx.10-15 minutes.
- Slice each bread piece into 4 bite sized squares..
- Roast them on a skillet and top each slice with a thin layer of cheese spread/ mayonnaise..
- Top the slices with grilled prawns and serve.
- You may sprinkle some oregano over canapes..
